Facing talented opponents like Executive Chef Sahm Reyes and Campus Executive Chef Eddie Rivera. The Grand Finale was the highlight of the Battle of the Chefs event. Each chef brought their culinary masterpieces to the table, aiming to dazzle the taste buds of the UAlbany community. Chef Joe's Lasagna Rollatini with Bolognese Sauce, delicately adorned with micro basil and herb oil, was a standout dish that captured the hearts of students and faculty alike. His Vanilla Mousse Chocolate Brownie Bomb was the perfect finale to a spectacular meal. However, Chef Joe's journey was not without its rivals.
